Job overview
Working closely with the Network Manager, we seek an experienced and professional Senior ICT Technician to provide lst and 2nd line support for the School’s IT.
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills and telephone manner, and will be able to work under their own initiative, delivering excellent customer service.
Good working knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory and Group Policy are essential.
This role may be of particular interest to those looking to develop their IT experience. The School invests signi?cantly in training opportunities for its staff and funds will be available to support a candidate wishing to study towards an appropriate professional certi?cation.
