Job overview
An opportunity has risen for the role of Senior IT Technician to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be an excellent, dynamic and enthusiastic individual. The post will include key responsibilities for maintaining effective service delivery standards, maintaining equipment and providing first and second line support to our students and staff. There is a requirement to be customer-focused and able to work within a team. The post requires a “hands-on” person with excellent technical and communication skills with a good practical knowledge of Servers, Google Drive, Microsoft and Apple applications in a network environment.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection in September 2023 saw us being judged strongly good in all areas. Our current SIAMS grading is outstanding. Both inspections evidence our excellent quality of education and commitment to ensure all students flourish both academically and pastorally. We believe in educating the whole child and our Christian values of joy, perseverance, servant leadership, charity and forgiveness underpin everything we stand for. As well as taking care of you as a person we also offer fantastic students and embedded behaviour and teaching and learning policies. Through a network of support we ensure that all staff have an induction period and are given training and development on how we do things at Chelsea Academy.
