Contract type: Term time only + 4 weeks to be worked during school holidays. (2 weeks to be worked during August)

Hours: 07.45am - 3.45pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Salary Scale: NJC 12 - NJC 23 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and student-focused individual to join our Sixth Form team. This dual role is at the heart of our post-16 provision, combining the high-level coordination of our Independent Study Centre with essential administrative support for the Sixth Form leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a purposeful learning environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

In 1993 Guru Nanak Sikh College (an independent school) was opened at the request of the community by our founder Sant Baba Amar Singh Ji, whose vision is that through education we can eradicate poverty and ignorance.

The Academy is an oversubscribed all through Academy in Hayes, Hillingdon. It currently has a 7 form of entry in the Secondary Phase with a Sixth Form and 2 form of entry in the Primary Phase.
