Sixth Form Study Centre Supervisor

Hours: 36 hours per week; term time only + 2 weeks (negotiable)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective Study Centre Supervisor for our Sixth Form Centre. The successful candidate will have the calm and mature disposition required to effectively supervise a large number of students completing silent student, as well as being willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the students. We require a committed team player who is excited by the prospect of working in a busy and ambitious environment to contribute to the success of one of the country’s leading Sixth Forms. Study Centre supervisors typically rotate between two shifts (7.30am – 3.12pm and 10.18am – 6pm) and are occasionally required outside of these hours to support calendared Sixth Form events, such as Open Evenings.  

Brampton Manor Academy is a heavily over-subscribed 11-18 secondary school in the London Borough of Newham, and has a well-deserved reputation for its friendly and supportive atmosphere and its excellent academic achievements. In March 2018, the school was judged to be ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in every category.
