An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and committed STEM Co-ordinator and Physics teacher. Governors are looking to appoint an innovative and well-qualified teacher. Ensuring that all elements of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) are incorporated into STEM activities and involving staff from other departments whenever possible. 

• Coordinating STEM activities across all year groups.

• Running STEM activities, competitions and visits.

• Working with local businesses and universities to provide STEM opportunities for students.

• Providing STEM training for relevant departments.

• Providing reports for the school newsletter, SLT and governors on STEM activities.

The successful candidate will be joining a highly ambitious school and given excellent opportunities for professional development.

Ellesmere Port Catholic High School is a mixed, mainstream, Roman Catholic secondary school in the Cheshire West and Chester local authority. The school has a sixth form, so it educates students within the 11-18 age range.
