Outwood Grange Academies Trust, seeks applications from outstanding applicants with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role.

The successful candidate needs to be extremely well organised, have the ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure that strict deadlines are accurately met. The ability to work on your own initiative and lead by example is essential. You will have a good understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and Looked After Children guidance.

Experience of working with students with SEND is essential as is the ability to produce strategies and interventions to assist our more vulnerable students achieve their full potential. You will the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences and promote safeguarding and care of students across the whole community with the skills and knowledge to facilitate small group work with students using agreed academy procedures for marking and assessment of student’s work.

We believe that all teaching and support staff posts within our Family of Schools are key posts in terms of supporting student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences. As such we are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious professionals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.
