Music, Media and Performance Department
Teacher of Media (Variable Hours) - Ref 277
Salary - £ 11.65 per hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic media teacher with knowledge of the Creative Media industry; theoretical and practical application is a must. You must have a sound understanding of media concepts and have experience of teaching in one or more of the following disciplines: photography, film, games design, broadcast journalism, radio & podcasting, branding & advertising.
You must be able to demonstrate and apply various software, in particular the Adobe Suite. Currently we use Photoshop, Audition, and Premier Pro. In addition to this on our Games Design Program we are currently using Unity and Maya and it would be desirable if the candidate had experience of these software’s too.
Applicants should hold at least a Level 4 Teaching qualification and a degree in a media related subject.
