TEACHER OF COMPUTING

Required September 2018

Main Scale Post with possible TLR (£2666)

We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and highly committed teacher to join our strong, dynamic and well-resourced faculty. Experience of teaching ICT and Computer Science at KS3 and KS4 is necessary. Experience of teaching these subjects at Level 3 would be an advantage. Successful candidates are likely to be required to teach a second subject, preferably lower school mathematics. The post would be appropriate for an NQT or a more experienced teacher. A TLR for the role of Computing Key Stage 3 coordinator would be available for a suitably experienced candidate.

The school offers excellent promotion prospects and a comprehensive induction programme and in-house CPD programme. Priority admission of children of successful applicants applies for this subject.

Charters School, a single academy, is a mixed 11-18 comprehensive school with 1700 students on roll (including 400+ in the Sixth Form) located in Sunningdale, Ascot, Berkshire.
