Job overview

“Chefs don’t make mistakes, they invent new dishes!”

We are looking for an engaging, energetic and inspirational teacher to join our D&T team as a food specialist.

Winterton Community Academy is a warm, supportive and inclusive place to teach and it is our mission to ensure that all of our students are safe, happy and successful. That’s why we exist. In our school, behaviour is good, our students are gorgeous and as a member of staff, you will feel valued and supported to be the teacher you want to be.

Situated in a rural setting but within 15 minutes of the M180 and the Humber Bridge, we are easy to reach and have staff travelling from a diverse range of locations within Lincolnshire, East Yorkshire and Humberside.

Our pupils are engaging, intelligent and receptive and our staff are supportive, generous and welcoming.

Our outcomes are good and we firmly believe that in time, they will be outstanding.

Please contact the school for a further conversation or to arrange a visit. We’d love to meet you.

Best wishes,

Mr Rowlands
