The school houses two specialised resource provisions, the ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) resource for students with specific ASD difficulties, and the ACE resource for students with dyslexia. Due to growing student numbers, we are seeking Teaching Assistants for these specialised units, as well as general Teaching Assistants, supporting students in mainstream lessons. The TAs will work in partnership with teachers, parents and other practitioners to support good progress and achievement for all students.

A willingness to learn, with a good general level of education is essential. These roles may well appeal to people who are considering going into teaching as a career or those who are passionate about working with students who have special educational needs or disabilities.
