Salary £18,065 - £19,945 per annum FTE, actual salary £10,639.33 - £11,782.73 per annum)
This post is fixed-term until 31st August 2020 in the first instance as it is to support a specific student for whom funding is received (to be reviewed annually)
The successful person will have a good understanding and experience of how to support students with additional needs. Excellent interpersonal skills, good language and communication skills are essential. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work within a team, taking direction, but also taking initiative when required. You will also be able to relate effectively to students and be able to implement agreed behaviour management strategies.
The successful candidate must have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade C or above.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent is an essential requirement of the role.
