The newly formed Digital & Creative Industries Department is looking to appoint a highly motivated, passionate, learner-focused and quality driven Trainer in Digital Apprenticeships.

Trainer in Digital Marketing (Digital Apprenticeships - standards only)

Digital & Creative Industries Department

Permanent, 28 hours per week

£17,655 - £19,251 (actual salary) plus a £3,783 annual allowance 

The Trainer in Digital Apprenticeships will aim to make a significant contribution to the effective delivery of the Apprenticeship provision within the department whilst adhering to and ensuring a high quality/target driven and student-focused/relevant learning experience for learners on programmes.

The successful candidate will support recruitment/induction activities and plan, co-ordinate, assess and review the learning activities associated with learners in the workplace whilst ensuring that teaching materials (physical and virtual), assessment and overall quality of programmes adhere to and support the College and department. 

They will manage a caseload of learners, organise workplace assessment visits and support business development activities, employers and learners via meetings, progress reviews, assessment and feedback.

The successful candidate will accept nothing other than ‘outstanding’ outcomes and levels of performance, have or is keen to develop experience of Apprenticeship delivery, have worked with both employers and learners, understand EPA, how to get learners to Gateway and any activities relating to learner/employer/apprenticeship delivery.
