The Business department are looking for a highly motivated, inspirational and experienced management trainer to join a high performing team with the delivery of apprenticeships and adult programmes. 


Trainer - Management

Business, Warehousing & Logistics Department

37 hours per week 

£23,680 - £25,822 per annum (additional allowance of up to £3,189 for exceptional candidate)

 

We are interested in hearing from individuals who have a strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, compliance and curriculum design. You will work with apprentices 1 to 1 or in group settings to implement strategies to support apprentices in developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours. 


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of apprenticeship delivery, online learning platforms, e-portfolio's and be learner focussed and target driven and compelled to making a real difference to the future of our apprentices.
