We have an exciting opportunity at Southend Adult Community College for a Tutor of Catering/Hospitality to join our vocational team. This role will involve working with our 16-19 learners on the College Study Programme.

The purpose of this role is to teach and engage with our learners, in order to give them the skills they need to have a better and brighter future. To do this successfully you:  

  • Will need to be passionate and experienced at delivering high quality teaching in the subject specialism
  • Will have up to date occupational experience and relevant subject qualifications 
  • Will have previous experience of curriculum delivery and a track record of successful learner outcomes
  • Will need to have a Diploma in Education and Training at Level 5 (or be willing to obtain this within 3 years)

We offer excellent support, training and mentoring to all new members of staff.
