Tutorial Team Leader

Engineering Department

37 hours per week, permanent

£29,877 - £32,641 per annum  


The Engineering Department are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational Tutorial Team Leader to support a high performing team with embedding the tutorial processes across the department to ensure our learners receive a high standard of support, advice and guidance. 


We are keen to hear from individuals who have worked in a similar role. You will work with learners in a classroom setting, on-line and 1 to 1 to deliver an outstanding learner experience as well as pastoral support and guidance for academic and personal issues.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how to support learners in being successful, be learner-focussed and target driven; the learners will be supportively stretched and challenged to achieve their full potential and their natural learner-first approach will result in making a real difference to the future of our learners.
