Creative Industries Department Work Based Learning Assessor - Variable Hours

Salary £11.65 per hour 

The department of Creative Industries provides an outstanding learning environment for staff and learners. As a result of the continued success and expansion of our Apprenticeship provision we are looking to recruit Assessors’ for Design, Digital Marketing and Fashion. The role will include assessing students against qualification standard and framework, delivering training sessions to support knowledge and understanding from Levels 2-4, liaising with employers and the Business Development Team and engaging proficiently with the systems (OneFile) and processes used by the College.   

The department has high expectations of staff and are looking for individuals that can enhance the learner journey, enable learners to realise their aspirations and stretch and challenge all candidates to deliver outstanding results.    

Applicants should hold  an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in an occupational area  or Level 4 qualification in related field an Assessor Awards D32/33 or A1/2 and a Level 4 teaching qualification e.g. CTLLS (or willingness to work towards).
