Renfrewshire pupils will act as guides at a touring exhibition about the life of Anne Frank.

A team of senior pupils from four secondary schools are being trained by the Anne Frank Trust. They will take peers, staff and parents from their own and feeder schools through the exhibition.

The exhibition will spend about a week at each of the four secondaries as part of a series of events leading up to a National Holocaust Memorial Day service in January.

Renfrewshire was chosen to hold the service on the strength of its previous schools-led Holocaust and Armistice events. Senior pupils who visited Auschwitz last week will give presentations, while pieces of art and music are also being prepared.
