Patrician Bullrich, labour minister, has told teachers the minimum services for schools are: functioning dining areas, classes for the entire number of school days in the year and the provision of secure child-minding services for parents who want to drop their children off at school. The government said teachers on strike “should not threaten the right of others to teach and learn”.
