(Photograph) - Edinburgh’s Telford College unveiled its proposed new look on Monday with an artist’s impression of how it will shape up after it moves to its new home.
The college is developing a pound;60 million site beside the Forth, which it claims will house the largest purpose-built college to be started in Scotland for 30 years. It will enable Telford’s 20,000 students and 600 staff to work out of one campus instead of four from the summmer of 2005 - if the planning process proceeds smoothly.
The development is receiving a pound;21 million grant from the Scottish Further Education Funding Council.
