Headteacher should keep his own counsel

I am disappointed that, even given a cloak of anonymity, any head would choose to publish the views expressed in “Gleeful governors love to trip me up” (“What keeps me awake at night”, 22 April).

Not all governors deal well with the challenges of their role. However, should there be issues, it is to be hoped that the head would deal with them professionally.
