I haven’t given the GTC code of conduct booklets to my staff because I thought it was too demoralising and insulting. I shall, however, paste Mike Kent’s comments on the staffroom notice board (“Eight new ways to suck eggs”, October 30) - just what I thought but put more eloquently.
