Oh, lighten up Amanda Bland (the letter writer who criticised “My Worst Parent” last week). My Worst Parent has been going for some time. We all agree with you about working with parents etc, etc, but the stories have two benefits: the amusing ones bring a little light relief on a Friday afternoon, and the more serious ones bring out the there-but-for-the-grace-of-God feeling. Oh, and they probably give support to similar sufferers who thought they were the only one ...
