“May God bless us with enough foolishness to believe that we can make a difference” (“It’s your assembly”, TES, January 7). Is foolishness a blessing? Should children be encouraged to think that only fools believe they can make a difference? And is this the same God that caused the tsunami? Thanks, Church of England - I’ll write my own.
