Sir John Harvey-Jones, that embodiment of business ebullience, had a virtual presence at the launch of the Learning Made Easy phase of The Learning Game, the motivational programme for pupils. His recorded message paid due tribute to its founder, suggsting that “Norma Black’s approach opens whole new opportunities ...” Alas, something got lost in translation as the transcript turned the lady in question into “normal balanced”. How about a new course, perhaps entitled The Listening Game?
