Storytelling talent from “a range of Northlands countries” will feature at this year’s Scottish International Storytelling Festival, thanks to Government funding.
The pound;26,000 aid, from the Scottish Government’s Festivals Expo fund, which is available to all 12 Edinburgh festivals, will enable storytellers from Alaska, Scandinavia, Iceland and Ireland to take part.
The festival, now in its 19th year, runs from October 24 to November 2 and has a Northlands and Sagalands theme.
