The Modern Studies Association’s annual conference takes place in Glasgow on November 1.
The morning keynote session is by BBC Scotland political editor Brian Taylor. Other speakers include: Stan da Prato, SQA qualifications manager for modern studies; Linda de Caestecker, public health director for NHS Greater Glasgow Clyde; and Greg Philo, research director of the media unit at Glasgow University.
The conference is at Strathclyde University’s faculty of education at Jordanhill from 10am-3.30pm.
