The number of young people classed as Neet (not in education, employment or training) in Wales has risen again, according to new figures. The annual population survey by the Office for National Statistics reveals 14,400 16 to 18-year-olds were Neet last September, compared with 14,100 in September 2009. In the 19-24 age group the figure rose to an all-time high of 56,500.
