* Food Production
The British Meat Education Service is launching a free video magazine which includes industrial case studies illustrating food production. This will complement their other free food related resources which are supported by a team of regional staff who offer workshops and conferences for teachers. 01908 844191
* Food in focus
This CD-Rom from Ridgwell Press is designed for the nutritional analysis of recipes, food products and diets. * Help Sheets
