This week, we’ve teamed up with Ridgeback to give you the chance to win one of their coolest two-wheelers, a Rapide Supernova, worth pound;500.

The Supernova has a brushed aluminium frame, 27-speed gears, Shimano Deore groupset and brakes, puncture resistant tyres and plush anatomic saddle and suspension seatpost. It’s light, speedy and comfortable, ideally suited to rides about town and robust enough to take off road.

Ridgeback is a British bicycle design company with a growing reputation for producing bikes that are both stylish and great fun to ride. Take a look at its entire range - from kids bikes and trailers to top of the range tourers and road bikes - at www.ridgeback.co.uk.

To ensure your cycling pleasure, Ridgeback will arrange for the bike to be adjusted to the winning reader’s personal specifications at a local dealership.

Six runners-up will receive a Hump, the new high-visibility waterproof rucksack cover from Respro, worth pound;25. The Hump fits snugly over any 20 to 60 litre rucksack with a simple elasticated edging and fixing device.

Its Day-Glo yellow and orange cover with flourescent Scotchlite panels means you’ll be seen clearly after dark. Respro make all kinds of high visibility gear and face masks for cyclists - check out their urban commuting kit at www.respro.com.

For the chance to win these fabulous prizes, simply answer this question correctly. Who holds the record for the most wins in the Tour de France: Miguel Indurain, Lance Armstrong or Eddy Merckx?

Mark your answers bike and send them on a postcard to the TES address or by email to friday@tes.co.uk. Remember to include your name and contact details. Entries close November 24.
