This summer’s Learning and Skills Network Big Debate is titled Winners and Losers in the Big 14-19 Shake-up: Influencing Successful Delivery and Learner Choice. The discussion will include how the 16-19 changes can be successfully implemented, what can be done to protect learner choice and whether public service reforms and funding shortfalls will affect the agenda.
