#163;4m for SEN training

Teachers will get “advanced” training following criticisms of the special educational needs system in an official Government report. A total of #163;4 million will be spent in the next year on the training, and parents will be encouraged to become involved, said the Department for Children, Schools and Families in response to the Brian Lamb inquiry. Governors will get legal training on SEN and there will be a review of educational psychology services.
