NSPCC Cymru wants schools across Wales to sign up for its annual maths fundraising challenge, Number Day, on December 4. Last year, 17 schools took part, raising almost #163;8,000 to help protect vulnerable youngsters. Teachers can register at www.nspcc.org.uknumberday to download a pack filled with curriculum-based maths fundraising activities for all ages.
