One resourceful primary school stands to win pound;10,000 from the Adding It Up initiative, launched by debt management company Baines amp; Ernst. Participating schools will need to create a community project with the help of a free resource pack and an imaginary budget of pound;10,000. The winning school will have its project turned into reality with the 10,000 prize.
As well as encouraging children to look at ways of improving their local community, the project aims to help children develop sound financial and budgeting skills.
