‘Aggressive’ head is banned for life

A headteacher who shouted at staff and children and “spoke aggressively” to teachers has been banned from school management for life. Margaret Bainbridge, who ran Shotley Bridge Infant School in Consett, County Durham, also failed to pay staff for overtime, store cash and cheques securely and allow NQTs PPA time.
