Your Ocean is a new gallery opening in February at Greenwich National Maritime Museum that illustrates our dependency on the health and survival of the seas. Displays show how we are connected to the sea by lifestyles, actions and choices. The gallery explores current thinking on climate change, over-fishing, pollution, and conservation using renewable energies.

It debates these subjects in the context of local, national and international situations. Targeted at a younger audience, the gallery aims to help visitors to make choices and decisions about the environment. Free admission. Tel: 020 8858 4422; www.nmm.ac.uk
