Glasgow’s Commonhead Primary has been celebrating since the New England Patriots won the US National Football League Super Bowl in Houston earlier this month. The victory means the school has won the Scottish Claymores’ NFL Schools Challenge, which twinned 32 Glasgow primaries with the 32 teams in the American NFL. The prize is pound;3,000 to be spent on educational projects.
All 32 schools were given free equipment and coaching from Claymores’ specialists.
