Psychological services were thin on the ground, as were access to anger management, counselling and befriending services, and family support. It was nearly impossible to negotiate time from community police officers, social workers and young people's support teams, Kay Hall, president of the Association of Head Teachers in Scotland, said.
Jim Dalziel, principal of Eastbank Learning Community in Glasgow, said:
