I am concerned about the gross injustice faced by holders of further education teaching certificates. I hold such a certificate and can apply to teach in colleges.

I am barred by law from applying to teach in secondary schools. However, someone with a secondary teaching certificate can apply to teach in colleges. When will the education minister act to eradicate this gross injustice?

May I suggest he either bars holders of secondary-school teaching certificates from teaching in colleges or lifts the bar on those with further education teaching certificates from teaching in secondary schools.
