Any Miliballs?

While Gillian was inspiring children, David Miliband was boring the socks off us poor journalists. Listening to his big speech in Bournemouth, we couldn’t help noticing that the young minister appears not to speak English but an entirely alien tongue that is closely related to Klingon. For example, can you make head or tail of the following?

“As teachers make their way through their careers, we then need to honour that principle, by ensuring that performance management provides opportunities for regular reflection on a teacher’s needs and leads to informed judgments about the appropriate action that should follow in terms of setting development objectives, providing access to relevant development opportunities and reviewing progress.”

Further examples of Miliballs will be handsomely rewarded.
