OUR article “Schools must have the right stuff” (TES, October 20) which was attributed to Tarun Ghosh, was very similar to a two-part article by Dr Tim Kaye,
“Don’t be afraid of the Human Rights Act”, which appeared in the June and July issues of Education
Law Update.
This was entirely unintentional on our part and we
wish toapologise to Dr Kaye for any misunderstanding this may have caused.
