Appeals fall

The number of appeals to the special educational needs and disability tribunal fell this year for the first time since the body was created a decade ago. The number of appeals drop from 3,772 to 3,625 between 20023 and 20034 although part of the reduction was a result of Welsh appeals being devolved to a separate tribunal.
