Scotia With video-conferencing becoming more commonplace, it’s not inconceivable that teaching may become a “distance learning” process eventually. In some ways I ‘d welcome this as a social experiment - it might persuade pupils, parents and policy-makers of the true value of good teachers and bring a new respect for the role. You don’t miss the water till the well runs dry.
