Peter Pan, planets made of cheese and a fearsome red dragon were all on the bill as the programme for the UK’s largest children’s theatre festival was announced.
The Bank of Scotland Imaginate Festival, in its 20th year, runs from May 25-June 1 at venues in and around Edinburgh, before touring Scotland. Touring performances for schools and the public will be in Dumfries and Galloway, Dunfermline, Falkirk, Glasgow, Hamilton, Hawick and Shetland. There are five shows aimed at children of all ages, from Scotland, England, Wales, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the United States, Italy and Australia.
