IN LIGHT of your survey on principals’ pay, I would like to point out that the Association of Colleges does collect data on senior managers’ salaries.
The pay review we commission annually collects anonymous data on different levels of senior managers’ salaries which is then segmented by quartile and geographical rgion. Its format therefore would not allow individual comparison to be made.
The survey has been undertaken by subscription and is published to its subscribers.
