A conference for sprint and hurdles coaches, which will look at producing elite performers and developing young talent, will be held on April 2 at Grangemouth. Former world indoor 400m champion Jamie Baulch, of Wales, will be one of the speakers.

The following weekend, the Scottish schools’ cross-country team will travel to Stowe School, near Milton Keynes, to take on England, Ireland and Wales in the annual schools’ international cross-country races.
