A teacher has been awarded pound;5,210 after winning a three-year battle to prove she was dismissed unfairly from Binstead primary on the Isle of Wight, because she was on a temporary one-year contract. Jane Nash, a 56 year-old Association of Teachers and Lecturers ???????? appealed after losing her original employment tribunal in September 2002.
