Barnet ‘acting illegally’ on SEN

A LONDON education authority has been forced to change its policy on special educational needs after the Government found it was acting illegally. It is the second time in two years that Barnet has been reprimanded by the Department for Education and Skills for refusing to say how much additional help children with special needs should receive.
