Entrants were asked to upload a video demonstrating their teaching, and Mr Watson’s winning film showed pupils investigating the effects of altering the constants in a quadratic equation through a combination of basketball, Autograph and the Angry Birds game. The video can be seen at www.tes.co.ukautographwinner. Mr Watson wins a place at the TSM 10th anniversary maths workshop in Oundle, which takes place from 12-14 July.
