Another wise man who came from the west to the Edinburgh heidies’ conference was Cameron Munro, the parents’ champion. As Scotland now appears to be paying homage to Catalonia’s education system, it is a timely moment to pass on Munro’s cautionary tale about the party of teachers from northern Spain who came over to Scotland.
