Becta and HP sign strategy

The British Educational Communications and Technology Agency (Becta) has signed a “strategic dialogue agreement” with computer giant HP, aimed at improving relations between ICT policymakers and the private sector. Owen Lynch, chief executive of Becta, said: “A relationship with a global IT organisation of HP’s status can only be beneficial to education in the UK.”
